I recently purchased the Resistance Bands set from Amazon, and I must say, I am incredibly impressed with their quality and versatility.With 4 different resistance levels. these bands have become an essential part of my workout routine, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

These seem to be a quality product- the various resistance levels are good to have, and the distinct colors are helpful to know the level band you’ve got. The square edges can be a little uncomfortable- especially the blue band, which measures about 3/16” by 3/16” all along the length. Comes with door anchor, which is nice, though if handles came, too, that could be an improvement.

Texture would be nice for better grip.

After three days of normal use, one of the bands broke. Not as sturdy as they should be/appear to be. Disappointed. I will leave at 3 stars since only one of the bands broke.

What I especially like about these is that you don't have to remember a color code to sort out the easy ones versus the not-so-easy ones. They're all made of the same material, I think, but just of differing widths. Thank you, vendor!The little instruction sheet is helpful in suggesting some exercises that aren't necessarily obvious. They do rely on the door stopper quite a bit, which could be a problem if you don't have a door just upstream of the exercise area. Not that big a deal; you would just do other exercises instead.The surface is a big tacky, which has the benefit that they don't slip, even on wet hands, but I expect they will pick up dust and lint and be hard to keep pristine. Again, not that big a deal, just sayin'.

My boyfriend loves using resistance bands in his workouts, so I got a set! These are a great deal for twenty bucks, they feel quality. You get an assortment of sizes for variation and progression. I got this strap thing that goes over a door (purchased separately) to hold the bands at different heights and I am loving this combination so far. There are lots of different resistance band workouts online as well. Very happy with these bands.

Rubber bands with different level of resistance. They were stuck to themselves. Good resistance, especially as you go up in thickness. Good for any level of fitness. I'm happy with them. I don't see the splicing, so I think these were made of a single piece of rubber that was a long tube shape. Comes with a piece of pair showing different ways to workout with these. As well as a door anchor. Just close the door on it and use the anchor to do different types of workout.

Got these to use for strengthening my arm and shoulder after reverse shoulder replacement. They are much better for my use than the pulley band system that attaches to the door.
