Because I sleep in two places and I do not want to sleep without this pillow.Here’s my original review:I have now been using this pillow for a week.Initially, it was so much more firm than my previous pillow, and—as a result-- the bespillow felt too firm. After three days, however, I found the bespillow far superior to my previous pillow. I am a back and side sleeper. In both positions, it has better head support and provides for a better sleep session. It is also well-built. Highly recommend. Good value on a great product.Give it a seven day trial. The company guarantees it (for much longer than that), and you can return it for an exchange or refund if it does not suit you.

I used it for the first time a couple of nights ago. I normally wouldn't write a review so quickly after trying a product like this because it's important to use it for a while to really get a feeling for it. However, I've used contour pillows for over 30 years, so I think I know exactly what I'm looking for, what to expect, and what I like and don't like.I love this pillow. It’s more firm than my previous one, so it gives better support for when I’m lying on my back, which reduces snoring and air flow interruption. My wife said she sleeps better now as well because of that (because I don't keep waking her up!). It’s also longer than my previous 3 contour pillows, and I really like the bigger size. It means I don’t have to adjust the pillow during the night. On other shorter pillows, sometimes I would get to the edge as I roll around, and I would wake up because I was off the pillow. That hasn't happened with this one (due to the additional length).I'm about 5'9 and use the higher contoured side. I think if I were a smaller person I'd probably want to flip it around to use the other side of the contour, but the higher side works perfectly for me. As I said, the pillow is on the firmer side, so it gives a lot of support, but it's soft enough that I can lie on my side as well. I like to sleep in all positions, so this is important to me.I can't say how long it will last (because I've only just started using it), but it feels just as high quality as any of my previous pillows, so I would expect it to last as long. I generally use my pillows for 4-5 years before replacing them, and don't doubt this will hold up.Of note, it's lighter than my previous pillow, which I like. I do like to flip the pillow around sometimes (if I sleep on my stomach), so the lighter weight makes that easier. I realize now that my previous one was too heavy.For the price I paid (which was a lot cheaper than my previous pillow), I consider this a steal.

This pillow is a little to flat, another inch taller would be better. It helped a lot with my neck pain but did not alleviate all pain. I am using it every night and feel that I will continue to do so. I have not found anything else that helps as much as this pillow. Because it did not altogether solve my problem I am giving it a 4 star rating.

This neck pillow is amazing! I tried many pillows and decided to give this one a try, and I am sure glad I did. First it has a cover that keeps it cool some way. The cover has a sipper on the back which allows you to take it off and wash it when you need to. You can use it in many ways for head and neck support. I am a side sleeper, but I am sleeping on my stomach due to its support. If your head feels hot, try moving it to a different spot on the pillow. You'll feel the coolness right away. It stays in place unlike traditional pillows. Its unique shape allows you to stick your arms under and over it for shoulder support as well. I highly recommend it.

This pillow is excellent on the neck and shoulders. It's ugly, it's kind of clunky on the bed, but the morning after using it is AMAZING. I truly wanted to hate this thing after pulling it out of the package, but I can't. My neck feels great.When you first lay on it the thing feels benign- it's nothing special. Doesn't feel good, doest feel bad.It just is. Then I slept through the night and realized benign is good. We shouldn't feel anything from our pillow if they are doing their job.I highly recommend this pillow that brings the same satisfaction as buying windows. You need them, hate to buy them, and if you get crappy ones you feel the pain later. Buy this benign pillow so you avoid pain later.

I have suffered from neck pain for so long that i was giving up! Then i found this pillow and it’s a game changer! It’s cooling and so comfortable to sleep on.

I am very happy with this pillow. Comfortable, the ear hole helps with keeping head cool and it's more comfortable. I wish however that it were denser, I am used to a solid memory foam, but this pillow is worth getting used to :).

I'm always a skeptic and always in pain but these pillows are the real deal. My husband stays cool at night and I sleep so much better with barely any neck pain. They're not aesthetically pleasing but they're worth every cent.

This pillow has been a god send! I never felt any pillow fully supported my head from falling forward. Since using this pillow my neck it supported and I am waking up with no more neck pain. I love love love it. I hope it works for everyone else like it has for me :)
