I first learned about this product at a fancy spa. Received an eye mask as part of a service; went home and immediately ordered myself a box.The good: They’re easy to use - open package, put on eyes white side down, hook behind ears, done. They immediately heat up and stay warm for about 30 minutes.What you need to know: The heat could be too much for sensitive skin. The lavender smell is a bit overwhelming initially but dissipates quickly. My tired eyes feel better after wearing these but I’m not seeing noticeable changes in my eye puffiness or dark circles. I’ll keep wearing them to be sure though.

I have bought three boxes so far, using them when I have eye strain or an oncoming migraine. The heat and moisture combo is very relaxing, and the lavender scent is very pleasant...when it's there. The first two times I purchased this, everything worked as advertised. Unfortunately, this third/most recent box has not only no lavender scent, but it smells like some kind of fuel (assumedly whatever is in it to make it heat up). It's very distracting, although if you can get past the smell they still work as a heat/moisture mask. I have a rechargeable mask as well, but these are nice when you want to save space (especially when traveling). I did not bring the issue up with the manufacturer, but if it happens again I will, and I will edit this post to review the customer service aspect.

I love these things. Probably a 9/10. I wish they smelled a little more fragrant, but the lavender definitely is there.I'm also pretty sensitive to heat, and I don't find these to be too hot.

These smell great but don't heat too much for my liking. I like heat.

These stay warm for quite awhile. I don't notice any scent though, and I ordered the lavender ones. These are comfortable to fall asleep with. I usually end up taking them off in the middle of the night when I roll over and feel that its not warm anymore.

No adverse effects at all from these mild lavender eye bands. Comfy and soothing..bought more for Christmas stocking stuffers
