No salt, no flavor
When you have congestive heart failure you need to eliminate salt. Food has no flavor, that's until dash. Lots of veriaty and so much health benifits. Works well with meats and veggies. Great on baked fish, pork chops, steaks and chicken. Just need to try different ones that will satisfy your taste.

Healthy Seasoning
When my husband had to cut back on salt I bought these and was quite surprised how good they are We love them all especially the garlic herb and now I only use these and threw all my other seasonings away trying to stay healthy

Good if on a low sodium diet
If on a low sodium diet these aren't bad, they are sodium free. I like a couple flavors better than others . Overall they're not bad, table blend is good and Chipotle has a little bite to it but not bad. Probably would buy again.

Great flavor-NO sodium!
These are packed with different flavors and have no sodium. Highly recommend for anyone who wants flavor but has to watch out for sodium like me.

Absolutely FABULOUS
I am recovering from a stroke and now am on very low sodium diet, so I ordered these. First time I wasn't impressed, but the key for me anyways is to use plenty. When I use plenty, fish and chicken and veggies taste gourmet! I do not miss salt at all!

Product appears to be OK. But it's suspicious that none of the containers list an expiration date.

If you have to go salt-free, this is the way to do it
Truth of the matter is that I miss salt. I really do. But with current heart issues, my doctor told me to go salt free. I imagine you know how much that hurts. But, I love life more, so....Finding this product was a godsend. No, it's not the same, but there's plenty of flavor in these mixes and that helps. The set comes with a great assortment, and they go on everything from meat to veg to eggs. The Table Blend went great on last night's chicken and broccoli. This morning's Original Blend made the poached eggs delicious. If I have to go this route, I might as well make it edible and delicious. These no-salt spice options are doing the job just fine.A great buy and the cost is excellent for the product. I will purchase again. And use the hell out of the blends. I don't have a favorite yet, but I'll get there.
