I started using Altitude Armour for hikes in the LA mountains and short trips in a small plane and it’s a night and day difference.. I’m from Cali and went up to Big Bear for the weekend. Usually I get hit with headaches, feel super drained, and just kind of out of it up there. This time I took these pills before the trip and again while I was there—felt totally fine the whole time.No weird side effects, no fogginess, just felt normal. I bought these and followed the necessary steps to avoid altitude sickness.These pills did little to nothing to prevent my altitude sickness from happening.I'm currently at 9000 ft above sea level. And can't breathe and my chest is very congested. What a waste of money to try and prevent this from happening.This product did absolutely nothing to avoid this from happening.Avoid purchasing this product as I had to cancel my trip early to.get to lower ground.

My boyfriend got me this for the days we go hiking and I start getting very dizzy, sam as if we start driving through the mountains. It is really good, so far as helped me. This one is for my friend in Mexico, she wanted to try it and she says that so far is doing wonders.

The first thing I would mention is that to have water and some kind of food in your system. It’ll make easier for your stomach to adjust to the pills. I would recommend to have water with you as you go about your hikes, just in case you feel slightly parched due to the pills drying out your mouth. It took on average about thirty minutes to an hour for the pills to kick in. Make sure to monitor your body as your hiking, so that way if you feel any sickness or light headed then you can brace yourself in advance. I’d advise you not to take these pills on an empty stomach that’ll cause some sickness and discomfort.

I do a lot of local hikes that tend to make me lightheaded and queasy. This product has helped me so much. I no longer feel sick during my hike and have been able to enjoy myself so much more now. I highly recommend!

If you are traveling and planning to hike, this is great to take! I normally have some issues with high altitudes but while taking this, I had no issues with sickness or energy. Definitely recommend!
