NRS Healthcare Police Approved Personal Alarm Key Ring with Torch

To be honest for a little under £5 British currency I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from this personal alarm. That being said having heard other personal alarms some years ago this one is by far the loudest I’ve personally heard to date!… I activated it in my house which was painful, I could physically feel my ear drums ( I assume it was my eardrums) pulsing with the alarm!… outside in the street the alarm was slightly less distressing audio-logically wise. But it was still very loud and combined with a good olight or nitecore torch with a good strobe will in my opinion increase your chances of attracting attention from passers by, vehicles etc… (of course depending on where you are… in the centre of town, a side street late at night or in an un light park… the chances of attracting help unfortunately decrease the more isolated you are!… of course carrying anything in the U.K. for self defence is illegal even having a toilet roll for self defence is illegal. Thus I can’t advice on self defence but I can say this alarm paired with a good torch like the olight M2R PRO Warrior with its strobe would be a very good means of distracting and disorientating a wood be attacker… depending on the situation if you have both in your hands etc!… shining a bright flashing light into a persons eyes immediately makes them look away pair that with a deafening alarm it at least increases you chances or scaring away an attacker even if by only a small amount!. I highly advice also any women, vulnerable people who have to go out at night, have to come back to a car or walk down a garden path to get a FLIR 1 thermal imaging camera that attaches to your mobile phone. I use mine to check around the car before I get out for example say into trees to make sure it doesn’t pick up any human sized heat sources or recent foot prints or hand prints via residual heat!…furthermore the alarm and torch can be a great means of attracting attention if your prone to falling and can’t get up.. say you trip or fall down a small bank. Having the alarm and a flashing light your more likely to be noticed compared to just shouting help!.

definitely value for money, loud, easy to use, i take mine with me walking the dog, the wee torch is great in the dark for also letting you see when picking up poo.

Price great, size great and do loud I panicked and fumbled around yo insert pin whilst everyone was just deafend lol.I stand behind my gate when I know kids are near my car and I pull the pin!! HaahaaHighly recommended5 Star.

Portachiavi antiaggressione, piccolo e leggero.Estraendo la levetta del gancio comincia a suonare un allarme molto acuto. In caso di aggressione si dovrebbe staccare la levetta e gettarla. Fino ad inserimento della levetta non si riesce a disattivare il suono.Se lo acquistate provate una volta ad azionare il suono per vedere se il portachiavi funziona.È presente una luce azionabile con pulsante, non troppo forte, ma intensa quanto basta per illuminare esempio la portiera dell'auto.Utile anche per chi fa escursione poiché in caso ci si perda e si azioni l'allarme ci si renderebbe più facilmente identificabili in caso di ricerca.Il prodotto è leggero e si può facilmente portare con se anche in attività quali running.
