Fun to watch different birds come and go. High-definition camera with a nice clear picture. Easy to set up. The only problem (which has nothing to do with this product) is that the birdseed attracts squirrels, so we got footage of squirrels too. They became a nuisance and drove our dogs crazy, so we had to take the feeder down until we can figure out how to keep the squirrels out of it.

We didn't do it in the beginning and got some footage but the app is so worth it. My daughter and i can share it and see the same birds.The camera captures amazing photos of every bird that visits, and we’ve now enjoyed watching 11 different species—including one persistent little House Finch who’s visited 113 times! He’s clearly a fan. We love that the system tracks visits and identifies each bird automatically. It’s a bird lover’s dream.Unfortunately, squirrels chewed through the wired connection recently. My daughter reached out to customer support to see if we could buy a new cord, and we were honestly blown away. Yilia from the support team responded promptly and kindly, and she didn’t just help—she went above and beyond. She offered to send a whole new replacement feeder and camera set with priority shipping at no cost—and told us to keep the original.
