I’ve got the product on time and in perfect condition. However, it was only wrapped with paper. Proper packaging would be better.

Ordered the Ivory color and the Chalk - received exactly same product in same color which is more close to light beige. Disappointed for color( however the bag is really good.

This shoulder bag is of excellent quality, with no defects or loose threads. The color is very appealing, and the hardware is made of brass. This is a retail product, not an outlet item. I own several Coach bags, and they have all remained in great condition after years of use. Coach truly offers a perfect balance of quality and price.

Price- quality performance is quite successful. It is extremely stylish and timeless. Leather and hardware quality is really good, and there are many compartments. It is coming with two type of straps. And bag is original. Highly recommended.
