Exactly as described ...
Using the sizing chart resulted in a good fit. Based on the first few outings they seem to be sturdy/well made and ideal for their intended use, which is light duties around the garden. The grip surface is effective and the fabric upper surface allows some air circulation so no sweaty hands. At the price paid, I can't see a downside.

Feel safe using in the garden
My favourite glove, tough, warm, comfortable. I wash them a few times and they dry well. Ideal in the garden especially in winter.

Good value as light duty, general purpose gloves
For the price, these are excellent value as general purpose, light duty gloves. But, as one might expect for just £2.95, their functionality is limited. As gardening gloves, they’re close to useless – they provide zero protection against thorns (as I discovered when gathering pyracantha clippings), they offer only very limited warmth in winter and, although flexible, the thick latex coating on fingers and palms makes the gloves clumsy for potting up and/or planting out. However, if all you need is a pair to wear while sweeping the drive, or to keep your fingers clean while weeding in light soil, then these gloves are fine, and they don’t take up much space when not being used.IMHO, the seller’s description is misleading: these gloves are not suited to heavy duty work in cold weather – they are light duty, general purpose gloves that offer minimal protection against either sharp objects or cold weather. But they are well made and very cheap and, on that basis, represent good value.

Good value
Best strong gloves as a hodcarrier some gloves last a day for me these gloves last 10 days depending on how hard I’m working.I end up throwing them away because they smell after 10 days. Update charged me 4 pound for 1 pair after misleading me into thinking quantity 2 means 2 pairs , I mean obviously i expect 2 gloves if I’m buying a pair of gloves, the quality is poor now as well so won’t be back

durable
I used the gloves for gardening work - pulling roots, cutting hedges, shovelling you-know-what. They were secure on my hands, the grip was just what was needed, there was a certain degree of abilty to cope with digging in the dirt after weed roots. I'd say that they gave better service than anything similar. NOT advertised as thorn-proof and I confirm this fact! I've a pair of rigger gloves for thorny hedge work.
