GreenAir Usb Aroma Diffuser Aromatherapy Mister

Got this in the mail today to use at a vendor event that won't have electricity available. Easy to set up (twist off the top, fill with distilled water, add couple drops of essential oil, and plug cord into usb port). I did have trouble with the misting in the beginning, but turns out I didn't have the oil diffuser cartridge secured in place. Compact size, great cord length would work great at the office! And the price is great too!!

Purchased my 1st Greenair USB Orb diffuser in Dec. 2014- this style, at that time was an oval/ egg shape. It worked great the few times I used it at the office. I stopped using it for several months and had cleaned it out prior to putting it away. I went to use it again and it would not work, no mist. I fiddled with it and somehow it began working again. However, it was intermittent. Someday's there would not be an issue, other days it wouldn't work. I dealt with this for months and months! Fast forward- March of 2016 I finally had enough and contacted the manufacture- Greenair. I was talked through on how to clean it and attempted a cleaning 3x. Unit was still intermittent. Started off strong and I thought, "Ohhh yea, FINALLY!!" By the second day it was back to acting up. Which is super disappointing as the idea for this kind of diffuser is GREAT! Anyway, I decided to just order a new one.I find the style has changed and I thought maybe with this new designed model the issue would be corrected. I stand incorrect. Ordered the end of March and by mid April the unit was making squealing noise and intermittently putting out mist. I cleaned it, nothing. I let it sit for awhile (weeks) and try it again. Nothing. Then- intermittently it starts working again. I had a few good uses out of it before it finally stopped working again. Even after trying to clean it again. I finally contact the seller (ZogoSports) and they quickly resolved the issue by offering me a refund I requested. I explained I did not want an exchange and told them of my history of issues with both units.I also was stumped as to why its difficult to find additional wicks. Right before I ordered this new model, I found wicks for the older model. I ordered them and then realize the wicks to this newer model are shorter. So I had to cut each of the wicks down to the appropriate size. The user manual is also very vague and would be beneficial to offer tips for cleaning the unit and trouble shooting. I personally think Greenair should just pull this line of product until it can be totally revamped and produced with out issue. 2 models of their USB Orb diffuser with the same issues is not a great business strategy...Its super disappointing because I absolutely LOVE LOVE the other two Greenair diffusers I have.

Small diffuser that really does a great job for the price and size. Had for over a month now; take it to work and home frequently.Love the fact that it's a usb cord, which I plug into my computer (just make sure to aim it away from computer) and plug into ports for outlets. Make sure to empty it when moving/switch oils and wipe with paper towel to get out the extra oil plus to try not to get water inside of the bottom lining.It can be a little finicky, if moved while on it may turn off which resets the timer. Doesn't have the luxury setting of turning off when the water runs out just the timer.Also it has inserts which limits how many smells you can use with it (found that if you use more than one essential oil with an insert the smell becomes muddled since the insert holds onto the oil) so I have certain inserts for certain oils. Example: one insert is just for diffusing a mixture of lavender and eucalyptus, another is just for diffusing peppermint and so on.Overall though for the price I think it's a nice diffuser.

Cannot drive at night with this item the light is far to bright and there is not a way to turn it off.

I'm not very happy with this diffuser.. For one, it has to be cleaned after every single use. This is tedious and frustrating. The rubber ring that goes on the inside broke after one use. I am not sure what it is made out of but it gets covered in gunk every time I use the diffuser and is too soft and weak to move or clean. The diffuser does work well when it is actually working. It produces a decent mist for a small room but the mist does not carry well in a large room, even with a good quality oil. I would not buy this product again. I am upset that I purchased it in the first place and am now looking to purchase something different. Unfortunately, I am out $30 on this purchase.

The customer service I have received from this company (online healthy offers) is AWESOME. I purchased the larger diffuser 1st and after a few months it suddenly it stopped working. I called the company and they shipped out a new plug and base and it now works again like a champ. My first USB aroma diffuser had some quirks- light wispy output and the top was super hard to come off. I asked them if they had any suggestions to clean it, make the top easier to work etc..The gals at healthy offers said "heck no- we want you to be HAPPY with our product- let's make it right!" So now I have a AWESOME new usb diffuser that works GREAT without all the quirks. I have been very happy with the products even though we've a couple hiccups here and there..the customer service always went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction with their product. Thanks guys! I don't hesitate to recomend buying from these folks. Great product -great price -great service!
