The media could not be loaded. The back says this battery contains 2 pieces of 5000mAh cell batteries (10K total) People who say this battery is only 5000mAh capacity have read the back incorrectly. I thank the thorough German reviewers on the black color version of this product for their explanations.It took my phone from 81 -> 100 in 9 of battery %, and my phone capacity is 3700mAh. I think that sounds about right. I have a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5.I did not notice this battery losing any charge while idle. It took about 1.5 hours to fully charge this battery from 38% when it arrived to 100%. You can charge this battery with USB-C and probably with the USB-A port it comes with it. All of my chargers and devices are on USB-C including my wall plugs from Samsung so I exclusively use those. You can also charge it with the MacBook charger (USB-C).It also does utilize the Samsung Galaxy "Super Fast" charging mode. And feels like a very premium apple product, even though its Anker. The design is very nice.

This portable charger is slightly heavy but the charging power that comes with it is amazing. Don't let the weight or how chunky it is turn you away. It charges itself and your phone quickly. It doesn't overheat like a lot of portable chargers do. The quality is amazing especially for how well this charger performs! We love it, so glad we got more than one. And the little screen is an amazing bonus! Highly recommend!

Definitely a huge improvement in ports options, and charging speed. My wife loves the color and being that compact, she can use it anywhere without issues. Really needed that refresh from my old anker batteries that were being a pain to charge due to the micro usb port and power input. Looking to get a few more later on.

I was happy to receive this Anker power bank in time for my trip to Italy and India. I was happy with my previous Anker power bank and other products. This one is compact and lightweight. I made sure it was charged completely before departing on my trip. I noticed, however, that the charge did not last long. I had to keep charging it in our hotel in Italy though I didn't use it a lot with my iPhone 13 Pro Max very much. Then, on day 10 of my trip -- my last day in Italy -- the power bank completely stopped working. I am now in India and have no power bank. I have Anker cords to go with it so that's not the problem. Everything else of mine has charged with no problems both in Italy and India. I believe the problem is with the product itself, and No, I did not use pass-through charging either. I tried doing a live chat for product support and it won't connect. I tried sending an email via their webpage support and it won't let me bring up the product itself so I cannot even send an email. I notice that returns or refunds are only given until March 10th and I won't be back in the USA until April 8th. What a waste of money and what a hassle. Now I have to spend more time looking for a power bank that would work with an iPhone and it's that's not too easy in India (since everyone uses Androids here) because most things are a hassle here. (My older Anker always worked well in India.) I do NOT recommend this product.

Takes a long time to charge but it can charge devices extremely quickly and efficiently. The color selection is nice and the LCD screen makes viewing percentages far more convenient. Thumbs up!

It charges my phone quickly and its portable size is smaller than other Anker battery banks (easier to fit in smaller bag). Also the battery % is displayed & it is available for both usb C & A cable heads.
