Bought this as our house is half rendered and cleaning up a ladder is just too dangerous now. Gets the dirt off and is a sturdy piece of equipment. You can also buy a separate attachment to remove gutter debris. Worth the money imo

Knuckle swivel joint broke but was replaced immediately by post. The brush etc. worked very well and saved going up and down with a ladder.

This is a very well manufactured product. I bought it to remove moss from my bungalow roof. At 7 metres I can stand on the ground and reach the apex of the roof. What I hadn't considered was the sheer effort of moving it around and how solid the moss was fixed to the roof. Anyway I usually make ideas work and I will persist, but it will take more rain and hard work.And yes, I would recommend it.

Bought with a view to saving on the window cleaner. The plastic soap dispenser is very flimsy and there are no spares, so brilliant when it cracks. The pole is ok but when fully extended it's not easy to manage and virtually impossible with the squeezy window wipe part. The downstairs windows are manageable as there are only a couple of pole extensions but again the wipe isn't very good

Purchased because the seagulls keep pooping over my solar panels!Works well but can be quite unwieldy at its fully extended length. It’s also a bit more droopy than expected, but once you get used to handling it it’s fine. Brush is of a good quality and overall build quality feels like it will last a while.

When opened found that the detergent dispenser bottle was cracked and leaks. Tried numerous routes to get a replacement but to no avail. Can't even get hold of anyone from JML, really doesn't meet customer expectations. Whilst I can use the main product with water only it can't be used to its full potential. Sadly with this kind of customer service I won't be buying from JML again.

I had been paying a window cleaner a lot of cash every two weeks. He uses a extendable brush similar to this one. He never cleaned the frames or sills unless I payed extra. I was also fed up with streaks too. Since using my own, my windows are crystal clear and my frames and sills are done too. This is a great tool but it does get a bit top heavy when extended for an old man like me.
