honestly for this price i wasn’t expecting too much and right away when i got it i put it to the test. to my surprise it’s a really good quality ice bath the previous one i had ripped after only a few uses, but when i opened this one up you could just feel the difference on fabric and after 10 uses already it’s still holding up good, (when my last one ripped after 4) plus not to mention it really does hold the cold in well

Starting off will cold showers was a great way for me to get used to cold plunging. At first I was skeptical about being able to fit in the ice bath but there is more than enough room to plunge in. It works great for muscles recovery and have noticed my endurance and energy levels increase and improve significantly better than cold showers or not doing anything. The tub was easy it set up and put away and is well worth the money.

Bought for my husband for Christmas 2023! It has held the cold temperatures ans worked well for him! Good purchase for someone just starting to cold plung and durable for them to use long term

Best ice bath out of the bunch, holds temperature well and is extremely durable. Left outside in the heat for weeks and still holds up nice. I’d definitely recommend buying this and it’s easy to set up.

I’ve been using the Arctic therapy tub for about 2 months now and has worked phenomenally. It has kept the water in the tub cool for long periods of time and the quality of the tub has stood its test of time. The build is sturdy and I couldn’t be more impressed.
