Just what i needed
Have wore same pair for 2 weeks and washed it 3 times still in great condition like new.

Order size down.
The large is equal to xxl. I should have gotten a medium. The elastic bands around legs and waist are not really snug and don’t actually help hold the underwear up and fit like shorts. People buy these in order to avoid ruining clothing or mattresses with their incontinent episodes. I bought these for my autistic teen daughter to wear over her pull-ups at night in order to avoid getting her numerous mattress protectors soaked and ruining another mattress (and creating even more laundry). If these companies made one good product they would have so many customers. I’ve tried nearly every product available.The picture is against a standard 24inch towel rack. They are huge.

LARGE - Not very comfortable
These are definitely very large. You will likely want to size down, check the sizing charge carefully as the standard sizes do not apply here. I ordered Large, the fit is more like XL or even XXL. The positive thing about the large wide design, you should be able to wear these with thick diapers.The cuffs and waist band was not that comfortable for me.. and keep in mind these were to large! The band is not that wide and started digging in, after a few hours I want to take them off.For the large size, they did seem to keep liquid in.They were noisy, but not like others.

These are neat! They are definitely see through.. which I like, and I added on an extra star because I am looking for that window to reveal if there's pee in them. These aren't particularly quiet. They are basically glorified vinyl plastic pants with nicer waste and leg bands. They are more comfortable than the cheap vinyl ones.I wasn't sure what I was getting when I bought these, despite reading reviews, I just couldn't quite tell. While I'm glad to have these noisemakers, I was hoping they would be like the colored ones from Breathffy or Panitay. Those are comfortable and quiet. I have not found a diaper cover that was leakproof. NONE. I will say that these keep in leaks very well, but if you overflow that diaper, the only good the cover seems to be is if you are standing up. If the diaper isn't overwhelmed and only like a fifth of a cup leaks, you will probably be fine, but beware when sitting or sleeping on your side.
