Really adorable bedspread/comforter for my grandson's room. It's medium weight and I love that because it's not too warm and good enough for nights that are warm but the air conditioner is on. I highly recommend this comforter. Of course, you will need to purchase a standard size pillow for the sham, but you can get that at Wallmart for only around 7 bucks.

This comforter is the reason I don’t understand why so many brick and mortar stores are going out of business. From the picture it looks nice but it’s a cheap and flimsy material. The “sham” is basically a thin pillow case. For the price, those bed in the bag at Walmart is a better value. If I would have seen this is a store I wouldn’t buy it but because it was an online purchase, I now need to go through the hassle of packing it up and returning it.

This bedspread fits perfectly on a twin-size bed.It hangs nicely off both sides of the bed, and it also works well on an X-long twin bed.Just fold down the top of the reversible spread and pull it toward the foot of the bed. Plain colored sheets will help keep the "finished" look.We have both sizes in our guestroom, and we plan to add another spread to match.The "watery deep" print reverses to a more grown-up white and royal blue stripe.The pillow sham adds a nice final touch.The set is lightweight 100% polyester.It is not meant for warmth but for looks.That works well for me, because we have plenty of blankets on hand for either under the bedspread, or over it at bedtime.The bedspread is is machine washable.From experience with other linens and clothing of this type, I recommend using the delicate cycle with cold water, and just a quick spin in the dryer on low.This will help keep the bedspread colorful and also help keep the pilling to a minimum.Any child who enjoys tales of the sea or anything ocean-related (including The Little Mermaid!) will love this bedspread with its under-the-sea theme and surprises.(Four stars because 100% polyester.)

This comforter is great for any pirate loving kid. It fits a twin bed and comes with a matching pillow sham. It's very lightweight and great for a bed topper.It has a scene of ships and whales and reminds me of Moby Dick or something out of an H.P. Lovecraftian story. I actually will use it as a blanket sometimes and my little one absolutely loves it. She comes up with amazing tales for the scenery and I want to add it is great for blanket forts!

It's quite overpriced in my opinion, but the design is awesome and it's very soft and cozy! We got this for our 2 year old to transition out of his crib and he seems to like it so far! Definately recommend!
