Health Concerns - NuLignan - 90 Count

Just catching on and incredibly important avant garde people made it of i first learned of this amazing innovative herbal and supplement company in which i have no investment in the 90's in her book of Chinese Health Secrets and they got to this one at some point as it's not in my old guide and I tried it for the first time yesterday so I'm not sure what to say about its effectiveness but this is what i need and it's right there and I just started it and thanks for figuring out why that other one was what it was 15 years ago or so on and that's it of who rewrote this it thanks for the little gift card he saw me use discounts and put it in for this only.

I use these to help me get back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night due to the dreaded menopausal insomnia/heart palpitations.

product doesn't work

My acupuncturist high recommend this to me a couple of years ago for my brutal hot flashes, + she said studies show that it has protective powers against cancers, so I'll continue to take them twice a day..even though my decade long extreme hot flashes are now very manageable. I use it w/ DIM (Smoky Mnt Naturals offers an extra strength version with BioPerine) & have been thrilled to be able to survive my hot FL summers!!

Good product. My Acupuncturist had me use it. Worked well.

How do I know if I like it or love it? it was recommended to me by my herbalist. "take this" she said. I take it. It's suppose to be very good for you. Do I notice a difference? No. So, I look at the list of ingredients and see Norwegian Spruce. I'm Norwegian so when I take it I think of it as they say "A bit of old sod from home." It's the easiest pill I've ever taken. They are small and a nice flat oval shape that I can take without water. Pop it in and believe it's doing what it needs to do. Is that anyway to treat a pill. I'd say so.

This product has helped me greatly and I appreciate it. I think it would be useful to have more tablets filling the bottle, and it would be better not to use plastic (bad for the planet). Thanks.
