This curtain rod arrived very quickly and very well packaged. It looks very well made and sturdy for heavier curtains. It looks modern but would not be out of place in a traditional setting either. However, it is described as Antique Silver and actually I would describe it as plain old Satin Nickel. I was looking for a shiner silver than the duller silver it is. As it turned out, the rod was TOO heavy and the finials too large for the area in which it was going. That part was not the fault of the vendor (unlike the description of the color). So unfortunately, I am returning it, but I did think it was an excellent curtain rod and I would have no hesitation in re-purchasing it if needed for other windows in the house.

This rod is beautiful and well made. The one small issue I have is that the extender rod is a tiny bit loose in the rod. This is easily fixed with a little tape wrapped around it to make it a little more snug. I doubt it would be a problem once they're up, but I went ahead and took care of it. It's not enough of a problem (in my opinion) to send back or really even complain about. I just mention it in the spirit of an honest review.

We’ve been using roman shades on our bedroom windows. Recently got blackout curtains to keep our room cooler, and needed curtain rods. However, a different bedroom wall has sliding glass doors and we put up the curtains — and curtain rods —covering the sliding glass doors nine years ago. Plus, our existing curtain rods were purchased at a national big box home store that went out of business last month. So we didn’t think we’d be able to find matching curtain rods. While this curtain rod is not an exact match, the color of the rod and the finials are extremely close to our existing rod.This curtain rod is easy to assemble, installs very quickly and easily, and looks good. We’re really pleased with this curtain rod.

I used this to horizontally hang a flag my son got for me. It’s much prettier than a flag pole, and fully adjustable. Really sets off the flag and I’m very happy with it. Shinny and bright! Clean looking. Great swirling effect on the ends! Shipped fast and at a great price.

Easy to put together and install. Curtain rods are sturdy and my curtains do not get caught in rod, making it easy to open and close curtains.

The curtain rods had all the parts, easy to assemble and hang.

this rod is good and heavy. was easy to install. a little long but luckily you can make it shorter if necessary. a little large for a door but works perfectly over a window.
