Is a real iron pan, very thick and heavy, according to the instructions for maintenance after frying eggs, fried vegetables, fried fish are non-stick, very good.Appearance Material: the quality is very good, the installation of the handle requires the use of tools, tighten it on the line. The value of the pan is high, black moist and shiny, especially good.Commodity quality: used a few times, not easy to paste the pot, very texture, real uncoated, with a healthy and assured!The body of the pan is substantial, the weight is just right, it's no problem at all to hold it with one hand. Good quality and large capacity
This item is great for stir fry's and Chinese food such a large capacity your food does not spill over,keep the wok well oiled when not in use , then it is ready to go when next used.this item has a quick delivery and is a very good quality

Most definitely not non stick!
Having lived and worked in Indonesia and Thailand for well over over 10 years our main method of cooking is by wok. We have owned many woks over the years and this one is the worst performer by quite a wide margin. Despite following the pre and post use seasoning process this wok lost its non stick capability after just a few uses! It has already been consigned to the trash!

So far not bad
The item looks well made and has a reassuring weight and finish. I've tried to keep the pan seasoned in the week or so I've owned it but my partner managed to burn some food into the base of the pan which I'm struggling to remove already. Hopefully it'll come off with some further effort

Love it
We are loving our new wok. We followed the seasoning instructions contained in the box when we opened it. It was very easy to do, just wash it with spray water. Dry with paper towel and then heat wok and put some oil in and coat surface with it. It’s great to use and we have been using it everyday since we got it.

Healthy Wok
This wok is one of the must-have tools for cooking enthusiasts. It has no chemical coating, has some non-stick properties and although it only needs simple seasoning, it is exactly the kind of healthy cooking I like and is perfect for cooking a variety of Asian dishes! I must point out, however, that a screwdriver is required to assemble the wooden handle, but it's very easy.

Ideal for families
The large size of this carbon steel wok makes it ideal for family meals. I can cook large portions of stir fry without overcrowding the wok. The auxiliary handles provide great leverage when tossing large amounts of food. Heat is evenly distributed across the entire surface. The wooden handles stay cool and comfortable during long cooking sessions. I preferred the lightness of the pan over cast iron - easier to maneuver when filled.
