I was leery that this would work when my other remote died on me after being wonky for a month. When it completely quit working, I decided to take a chance and I’m so glad I did! I added new batteries to it and it worked like a charm. No set up or anything complicated. Add batteries and voila it worked! Thank goodness!!!

FINALLY after 4 attempts it works with my Insignia fire tv. No pairing. No searching. Drop batteries in and that's it. Others SAID they work with all Fire TVs but didn't. Don't just go by "works with " make sure your BRAND of TV is listed

This remote mostly works, but sometimes the buttons don't do anything on the first try. The power button just doesn't work at all. I found a workaround by using the voice command feature and say "turn off my TV". For the price, it's not bad.

My son did a manual reboot to his tv that was glitching. He had lost his remote for the insignia roku and thought a universal would work… wrong!!! We bought a few remotes before getting this one and she. I say it connected as soon as the tv turned on!!!

I got the remote and paired it one day. I wrote a review saying it was great easy to pair and battery compartment was much better. It worked for one day. Now it says low battery even with brand new batteries. It won't work no matter what I try. Definitely not worth it.

Does work okay? But the buttons stick. And sometimes you have to press it two or three times which is annoying when you want to change a channel. I would not recommend this remote.

I bought this because my old remote stopped working, when it was delivered it started working as soon as i put in the batteries.
