The mats are nice and thick. They're on a concrete floor & I'm 82 with a bad back. The mats enable me to stand pain free while I work on projects for at least 5 hours. Before I got the mats, I could only work 2-3 hours before calling it quits! Buying these was a good decision!

These mats are my favorite! I ordered some for work, and they have been so helpful for me and my coworkers. I got 4 mats, one for each spot where we stand a lot. I no longer have shin splints from being on my feet in a warehouse where most of the flooring is concrete. Worth every penny!

overall, the mat isn't too bad. the mat isn't as cushiony as i had hoped because it compresses quite a bit. mind you i'm a big boy (300lbs) but the description doesn't specify just how fat of a person it will support. the one thing i do want to pass along because i couldn't find the answer is this...if you buy a mat that is say, 24 x 48 that means it is 24 x 48 from edge to edge. it does not mean the flat surface only.

This anti-fatigue is fantastic in front of my Blackstone griddle. I can stand there for as long as it takes to cook for the family and not have my feet get tired at all. It is actually a pleasure to stand on it as well as a pleasure to cook . It was delivered quickly, and I fell in love with it as quick. If I don’t order another one, I will move this to wherever I will be standing at any length of time. I would recommend it to anyone who is going to be standing in one place for any length of time .
