I bought this for my husband to use in the car. I don't want him to be distracted by his phone while driving so I thought this would be a good hands free option. It's a very nice piece. It has the wrap around ear piece so he doesn't have to worry about it falling out. The sound quality is great for him and I can understand him clearly when I call. I was a little concerned that there would be a lot of background noise, but it actually sounds just as good as before. It also has a mouthpiece with a microphone. It comes with a carrying case and the battery life is great.

It's lightweight for the ear. My husband says it sounds great and it's comfortable for his ear.

This headset works great, however it doesn't link to my contacts. It tells me the number calling, but not the name of the person in my contacts, which literally all other headsets I've purchased do. If I had an Apple, and not android, it will link to Siri, but there is no voice command options I can find for android, so I can't ask it to call out, I have to pick up my phone and select who I'd like to call, which defeats the purpose of hands free. Otherwise, the sound quality is great, noise canceling is good and has good battery life. Just wish it was more compatible with my Android...

I cannot get the volume turned on with or without using the phone volume

I got this bluetooth headset for work and it works as it should. The down side for me was trying to put it on my ear and then back in the charging case. You have to swivel the ear hook around to put it on and then back around to put it in the case. A little to cumbersome for me I would prefer something a little easier to wear and put away. But if you are not going to be removing it constantly its a great choice. The sound is great and it's comfortable to wear. The case makes it easy to store and charge when not using.

New laws start hands free driving and my Bluetooth connection Stopped working in my car has made a great substitute.

Battery life is great, sound quality is poor both from the earpiece and the microphone, lots of comments from people on the other end about muffled sound
