It definitely helps curtail my dogs pulling which gave me tendinitis in my shoulder. Now that he doesn’t try yanking my arm off, the walks are much more enjoyable for both of us. It also means that I can take him on walks more often (and that I can trust my elderly relatives walking him without pulling them down and hurting them). He still does pull occasionally and he does yelp when he pulls too hard, but that’s what this collar is supposed to do.The size was true to fit.

Wow. I have a small Jack Russell Terrier and I've tried several training methods to get her to stop pulling on the leash. Unsuccessfully. It's hard not to get frustrated. I kept searching for an answer. I saw this, and was willing to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did. It worked immediately on our first walk. She never really even tried to pull, and it wasn't taught or tight on her. I'm so excited that our daily walks will be so much more enjoyable. She seemed leary of it at first, probably just the metal, but after a few minutes she didn't seem to mind it at all. I even think she prefers wearing it instead of her harness.

Works with my German Shephard. Safe when used correctly by owner.

Wish it came with plastic tips! Tough on a puppy!

Keeps falling off dog due to links not holding together.

I could not connect and disconnect the prongs easily – I returned this product.

The product does not even come close to fitting my small dog. Way too big! By the time I got it fitted it only had one prong link left. He is an 11lb maltese.

The whole prong collar is very cheap feeling. Light and it doesn't stay connected. Would not recommend it.
