I have had several mspa’s and rate them higher than the lazy-spa, quick to set up and easy to use, however I don’t like the lid on this 1 as it fills with water ( never happened with my others) which I feel in time the weight of this may bust the zip, contacted the seller and apparently this is normal (I beg to differ) but all in all a nice hot tub

Yes I love the Spa. I didn't realise how much they cost to run! Check this out first. Also it is very noisy with the bubbles on, so you may want to place it away from your eating area etc. The filters have to be changed regularly and they are expensive at £12 for 2. It requires a fair bit of maintenance which I was prepared for, but it is perhaps more than I thought it would be. We have enjoyed it!!

Stopped working whilst under warranty. Appalling customer service. Informed them 21 May. Still sat waiting for a return on 12th June! Requested a refund as I've had to buy another one!! Fuming

Easy to erect with its built in air pump. Very neat as everything is built in to the wall or the tub, no outside box with pump, heater and controls. As with most inflatable tubs is best stood on an insulation like polystyrene sheet to reduce heat loss.

Fantastic looking and good quality. The whole family love it. Shame it didn't have lights like in the advert. But i would still recommend the make. A++

I am happy with hottub. Was what I was expecting as I have purchased one before. Was very disappointed to find no lights. Last timer I bought one lights were not an extra and I did not pay extra for them ?

easy to set up just watch video only used twice but its great.
