I reached out to Customer Service to get assistance with the installation and was assisted by Edward. He guided me through the process of correctly installing the Carport. Thanks to Edward, I now have an easy to use Carport to protect my car from the Rain, Sun, Dust, Lawn Sprinkler and Bird Droppings. My car stays cleaner longer and I also have added security with the Carport having the ability to be locked, which should prevent any opportunistic tampering of my vehicle.Based on my interaction with Edward I could tell this company cares about its Customers and their satisfaction with the product. I really like this car cover. I got the larger model because I wanted to make sure I could get in and out of the car while its closed, since Im a little older. The size is perfect for our Jeep, and I would dare say kinda big for the Tesla Model 3. Im actually able to walk around the Tesla while its covered. You will definitely need two people to assemble, but my wife and I did just fine.A couple of notable items - Im in Florida and it gets HOT. I used bungees to keep the ends up a little to help with air flow. There are a couple of mesh vents on either side up top, but with this heat I found that having a little opening at the bottom helps with convection. Also make sure you keep it closed completely during rain. If left open the natural folds with catch water and put a lot of stress on all components.Great product with good customer service, I will purchase another when i get my Cybertruck.

The overall quality and sturdiness seems great. It's super easy to open and close, and highly protective. Survived windstorms and hail. Only issue was the instructions, they stink! However, if you take your time it's fairly intuitive to put together after laying out all the parts. I did it myself in about 2-3 hrs.

First snow of the year, instructions say can hold up to 8” of snow… It didn’t even get a chance to reach that before collapsing down the middle on top of my car. The image shows the condition it was in after I started having to cut the canvas to free the car safely. The metal crumpled completely. Waste of money.

Pure genius! I put it up in 2 hours by myself. But don’t follow the example video on YouTube. Lay it flat under the skeleton structure and go one by one. Pull it over at the halfway and start at the other end. Don’t undo the Velcro just slide it through and make adjustments to the bottom in the end. I have put up 4 portable greenhouses over the last 9 years and don’t know why they don’t have something for that yet? Everyone of my car covers for the ‘69 GTO and ‘69 el Camino is trash after one year in the hot Florida sun so I will see how this holds up! Thanks!

I bought this for my 2020 scat pack challenger and I must say it is a breeze to assemble and it’s very sturdy! I was very happily surprised at the structural integrity of this after it’s assembled, the material seems even thicker than I expected which also was a welcomed surprise! Now I would be doing you a disservice if I didn’t tell people about how over the top their customer service is!!! I had questions ... they were answered next day ... on Christmas Day mind you! Honestly I leaned on these guys a few times for random things and they were right there to communicate with me and remedy it all for me... This car shelter is solid and so is their customer support... I wish they sold more items cause it’s a comfort knowing how much they are there for anything ya need and anytime ... I was blown away at the Christmas Day communication.... I expected couple days after Christmas at best.... boy was I happily mistaken , don’t hesitate to buy this if your on the fence ... first off it’s a well made product and ontop of that if there is an issue this place will not give you any grief whatsoever and they stand by their product 110 %

Dimensions of my van are 203” L 79” W and 68.4” H. Tight fit when trying to exit the van but adding foam insulation to the poles helped prevent damage when parking as close to one side as possible. May zip tie some tarp to the bottom front and back to fill in gap. Be careful not to over tighten the screw and nut where the two poles (BC-L003 / BC-L006 and BC-R003 / BC-R006) attach because it will push in the pin and the pole will fall out. How do I know because it happened to me but once I loosened the screw/nut problem solved. Customer service is excellent. Seller is very responsive. All my questions were answered prior to purchase to ensure the canopy would fit my van. I love that the canopy opens at both ends which allows me to drive through it to access my backyard. Only had a light shower since installation but my van stayed dry. Now when I park my van under my tree the canopy will protect it from the elements, bird poop, and leaves that clog up my windshield vents. Happy with my purchase hoping it will last far beyond the 5-year extended warranty that I also purchased.Update: After a little over a year of using the Ikuby carport, the fabric is not holding up well. There are at least two places that are being held together by duct tape. On the outside vent, I’ve had to sew on Velcro strips on top of the ones that are no longer holding because they’ve taken a beating from the winds. The fabric holds pockets of water and when I raise the carport, water gets on my car and me. If only the fabric held up as well as the metal poles. The carport is already expensive but if I have to buy a new cover each year at $359+, I might as well have a garage built. If you buy this get the extended warranty.Update2: The Company sent me a new cover free of charge but it ripped in less than a year. High winds have snapped off some of the push pins that I replaced with bolts and nuts which is holding up better. I would not recommend this carport unless the cover is made of more durable material. Otherwise you're be repairing or changing it out every year.
