I don’t usually do reviews however I had to for this wonderful product. It is worth every penny. We have a 4300 sq ft home and you can smell it throughout quite a bit of the house. Going to buy another. The house smells amazing!

So I purchased this back in May. It worked wonderfully. I received all types of compliments in regards to how great my house smelled. It is now October and it no longer works anymore. I did everything. I just want to know can I receive another one in exchange for this one. Or receive some type of compensation for this. This was not a cheap purchase relatively expensive and if I could be compensated some way. Thanks

The unit looks and smells great and blends in nicely with my other decor. There are different settings for time and intensity including continous mode, which is the one that I use. It doesn't use much oil so i let it run day and night and havent run intonany issues. It pairs really nicely with my hotel scents that i bought from signature scents. The diffuser can be controlled via the remote or on my phone with their app. Personally i find the app more convienient. Overall its a very good diffuser.

I actually really like the product. It has great smell and you can adjust the potency of whatever scent you choose. One day it stopped working. Not sure why. Maybe it's clogged but I tried cleaning it out and it didn't work. That is my only negative review on the product. Considering how much it costs I hope the manufacture can help me resolve this issue. I will post an update once I hear back and everything is resolved.

The media could not be loaded. Does anyone have any advice on why this device will not work? I pulled the tube out and blew through it and cleaned it and after figuring it may be clogged or something. Unplugged it for awhile and conducted the factory reset. The device is still not working and it was fantastic, however, I read reviews were others have stopped working. Amazon should address this issue and replace those like mine who have had it less than six months and I’ve kept it in good condition. Also, the customer service for signature sense is terrible. I really don’t wanna pay 200 more dollars for something that only works six months and I’ve only ran, two or three diffusers out of it. I’m confused and I hope the manufacturer Amazon rectifies this issue because this is completely unacceptable especially for a company in the size of Amazon to sell expensive merchandise and it has zero longevity. I expected this thing to at least work 18 to 24 months to where I’d get my money back out of it $10 a month after spending $199 plus tax. If anyone has any suggestions I’m open because I was looking at purchasing another one for the master bedroom and potentially one upstairs for the game room instead of just the living room however now I’m apprehensive about purchasing anything per manufacturer.
