This is fully reversible which is a bonus as you can use it on both hands. For myself at the moment the left hand is worse so this is an ideal product for me. Ive tried a few supports for it and sometimes I need the splint wrist guard but for most occasions this is ideal. It offers support at the wrist which helps me with raynaurds and with the nerve damage.You can adjust the Velcro band around the wrist for firmer/looser support and to secure the correct fit

Comfortable fit and enables you to use your hands normally and doesn't restrict your movement. It's very good quality and stands up to quite a lot of use. It is probably the best support that my husband has had on his hand and we will definitely be buying another.

It provides mild support to your wrist. Comfortable and easy to wear. However, if you, like me, wear them on both hands, having no one around you to help, it is not easy to take them off. It is already fraying after two washes.

Useful for repetitive tasks involving wrist. It fits very nicely and provides mild support, it also reduces friction and can act as barrier for itchy particles, fabrics, materials.

Very good quality product. Fabric texture is nice on the skin, and the product is washable so very practical to use frequently.

Not worth the money .

I'm surprised at this item's construction. 3M is normally a world-renowned brand and there are certainly a few issues with this.As a wrist support, it's designed for people with slight to moderate mobility and pain issues in the wrist. It slips on fairly comfortably, with a velcro strap securing it around the wrist. That part at least seems adequate for the job and it indeed does sit comfortably and firmly around the wrist.Where it falls down is the elastic sleeve that fits over the palm and fingers. This slides over the thumb, index finger and then the three remaining fingers. The design is to ensure it doesn't slip and also supports the palm slightly. However the material is finished very poorly; looking like it's been cut off like the sleeve of an old t-shirt. Why hasn't this been properly hemmed? In use it'll fray easily and won't withstand any kind of minor damage.So for the lack of proper finishing in a couple of places I can't give it more than 3 stars as it won't last with just a raw, cut edge to the material.
