Leukotape Sports Tape WILL prevent blister prone feet from getting blisters. Military ruck matches, civilian ruck hikes, marching band performances, parades, or hiking in general. You still need good shoes/boots and good socks, but this tape, placed on the proper areas of feet/toes, will last throughout your hikes/matches. Good purchase.

Best tape I’ve found for scaffolding on a foot injury. Holds well even in sweaty shoes and can stay on for a few days if needed.

Works as it should. Supportive and long lasting to strap my patella to reduce pinching on my intrapatelar fat pad. Theirty-five years, two surgeries, over 6 surgeons and 10 physical therapists have not been able to do, what this tape has provided in relief.

Leukotape is kind of an open secret in the ultra-running and extreme outdoor community because it's such a fantastic blister preventative. It's like moleskin but much thinner. Long-distance runners tape potential hotspots before running, and it is a staple in many of our first aid kits for hotspots that develop on the trail (ideally, you put it on *before* getting an actual blister).It's very sticky (on one side), conforms to your foot, and lasts through an almost unbelievable amount of abuse, sweat, and water. Very wet conditions do hasten its demise, but you can often go a whole day or more in soaking wet shoes before it quits. There's nothing quite as good as Leukotape (and this supplier was fine).

Works is advertised tho things stick to the sides like normal tape so that's kind of annoying but expected, easy enough to rip with your teeth but still tough as hell. Sticks hard and only comes off painfully, as it should.Good stuff

No blisters after miles and miles and miles. Protects existing blisters well. If you feel a hot spot developing, put this one and it’s a miracle. I don’t know how but it protects and sticks well, but when you remove it it doesn’t take any skin with it.
