For me, this honey is too close to purity as if fresh from the hive.It tastes not too sweet, a little spicy to the throat.Its darker color goves hint of authenticity. but its quality is really good. Texture wise its not thick, rather in room temperature, it flows smoothly.

I don’t think this is pure honey. It has a medicinal aftertaste and the sweetness doesn’t seem like “honey” sweet. I can taste some chemical like cough syrup. We have been drinking chia seed water with lemon and honey for a long time. I usually buy another brand called Dadev. But this time I thought I might try something else. And the price was also pretty good. I bought a 1 litre jar and now I am stuck with it.
