Life changing! This thing makes butchering a chicken so much easier! Once you pull out the intestines and accompanying organs, this thing brings out the lungs and any gunk left that is adhering to the ribs or back. So much easier than trying to grab slippery lungs with your hands!

The screwdriver style handle gives you a grip on the tool. The overall length reaches easily into the chest cavity. This makes getting the last of the lungs out of the ribs much easier. My wife loves it. It's a good quality tool and I recommend it if you process your own birds.

I like them more than my wife... reason being, sometimes it's difficult for me to get my hands in there to grab everything. These help out a lot. The kids and wife seem pretty indifferent. It's a quality product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Upon reading reviews for this item and never having used one i didnt want to spend a fortune. This did not disappoint, made processing day much faster and we will never be without one again

Makes removing lungs a piece of cake!

It's well made but didn't make it any easier for us to remove lungs from the bird. it is much faster to just do it with your hands. Having another tool to fiddle with wasn't helpful. I have however used it for other things around here so not a complete waste lol.
