Taste is superb, EXCEPT, cane sugar
The wording is deceptive, as this is a "sorghum FLAVOR" placed into a "crystalline sugar form", not transformed or made into one.I purchased this wanting a non-cane sugar alternative sweetener, and in that regard this is extremely disappointing.The language in the top bullet points of the produce should state: "sorghum sugar is made using sorghum syrup and cane sugar".
