I have two 12x12 and two 8x8 roll-up doors on my metal building. Inside the building are tools, vintage Land Cruisers and rather expensive motorcycles; outside the building is Gulf Coast humidity that is vicious. You can grease a piece of bare steel, turn your head to shoot down a Texas mosquito with your 12 gauge, and when you look back BAM! The steel is already covered in rust and pitted. It’s that bad. Trust me. And since I’m not made of oil money despite living in rural Texas, I really want my tools and vehicles to stay non-rusty. “WHO CARES??” you demand to know. I care, so hush your mouth and pay attention. The key here is that humidity needs to be eradicated from my workshop! Toward that end I purchased two commercial dehumidifiers. It really helped, but when the outside is at 98% humidity (not joking) then the poor dehums just run and run and run and they are lucky to make the inside humidity 50%, plus my electric bill…oh sweet raccoon stew, how that electric bill pains me. So being a clever young (old) fellow I whipped out the etherwebs to look up how folks handle them roll-up doors with their biggo gaps all around, especially at the top. I could literally feel the humidity blowing in at the doors. Sticky. Yukky. Tool-destroying, vehicle-consuming, motorcycle-marring vile humidity creeping and crawling all around the doors to destroy my toys. As it turns out, these brush seals are the answer! Now, most likely no one bothered to read this far because they got bored and scrolled on to see what someone said who isn’t long-winded, so now I’ll be brief:Quality - Very good. Solid, quality tracks, brushes and screws. Instructions easy to understand and have pretty color pictures for those who never learned that reading is more fun than TV. Of course, none of those folks made it this far anyway.Installation - it’s only as hard as drilling holes and using a cordless drill/driver with a 1/4” socket to spin the screws in. Since I needed to install a total of 120 ft of track and brushes it took me a couple days.Results - WINNER WINNER OPOSSUM DINNER!! Those two dehumidifiers run maybe once an hour and only for a couple minutes, instead of continuously. Humidity in the shop is now stable at 38% where I set it, until I have to roll up a door for some reason, of course. But no more drafts, no more humidity, significantly fewer spiders, no more snakes!I would buy these again as many times as necessary. Haven’t had the new electric bill as yet but it has to be less than half what it was. I’m constantly checking to see that the units are still turned on!Super happy.

Orderd for metal roll up shop door. Perfect size. Minimal cutting. Easy to install! Well made.

I used just the side pieces and it worked great. Keeps the debris from getting in now when they blow the streets. Super easy to install with the right tools. Will need to cut the aluminum so need a saw and a drill with an 8mm hex head to drill the metal screws in.

Had to replace few of the supplied screws with something more robust. Broke of few months use.Easy to install and works well on my roll up garage doors

Installed these within an hour even with pre-drilling holes.

Great product. If you have a shop and are considering buying these then you should have all the skills and tools necessary for installation. Should have purchased long ago.

Easy to install, quality product. My main reason to purchase was to quiet the door from rattling due to the wind. It silenced the door but also keeps wasp and rain out!
