The taste is very good. If you mix them with regular pasta to create a black and white dish, I found the black pasta cooked a little faster than the white. I'll just add them a little later to the white nex time.

Good shelf life
Morelli Squid Ink Linguine has a good dark color. The package shelf life is very good so I don't have to hurry to use it up. I think it is the best served with scallops or shrimp in a lemon and butter sauce.
