Mega good
3, 6, 9 damn she fine, getting low, getting low getting low from the window, to the wallsOk I'll stopI like how these are 1 pill per serving. Easy to take, and will last a long time.Usually with cheaper fish oils, we all know, that burp 3 hours later.. didn't get that with these, and 100% expected to given the off brand, and the price lol.I'll definitely be back for these. Pills are slightly bigger than the nature made pills, but you only have to take 1.

I like how this product has no Fishy taste and just one daily. There’s nothing to dislike with this product. I purchased it for My health.

Good combo of Omegas, wish the breakdown by type of Omegas was more specific
Omega oils are generally good for a multitude of reasons, so, for some people having a combination of different omegas (i.e. O3, O6 and O9) is sort of like a ‘multi-vitamin’… lots of good stuff but sometimes perhaps at somewhat reduced levels of specific vitamins (or in the case of omega capsules, different specific types of omega oils). To be even more specific: depending on your particular circumstance/need, perhaps you want to take high doses of DHA/EPA (types of Omega 3), or perhaps you need high doses of specific types of Omega 6, etc. - unfortunately this product doesn’t break down the amounts at a point where you know how much you are actually getting. Going back to my vitamin analogy: a multi-vitamin will give you a large variety of different vitamins, but if you need a high dosage of iron, for example, you may need to take something else in order to get that level of iron. Here is where my labeling comment comes in: for my purpose, I take (per doctor guidance) high levels of EPA/DHA omega 3 (for a very specific purpose). In looking at the label of this product, it shows 1200mg of omegas, and then looking at the ‘Fatty Acid Profile’ it says it typically has 33%-39% Omega 3, which consists of EPA, DHA *and* ALA. That equates to 400-468mg of Omega 3, but I have no idea how much of that is EPA/DHA (versus how much is ALA). As a result, I will continue to take a separate omega 3 supplement to make sure I get what I need of those. I mention all of this just to make sure people are aware - everyone’s needs vary, and if you want a general omega oil capsule, then this is a great product at a really great price… and even if you need higher levels of specific omegas, it can still be a nice supplement but it may not fully meet your needs. The price (at time of this review is $18) is fantastic for 180 servings (serving size is one capsule). The capsules are the typical large capsules but unlike most others, the serving size is only one rather than 2 (or even sometimes 3). So… overall this is a nice product especially if you are just trying to increase your overall omegas and are less concerned about the breakdown of specific types of omegas.
