I like thats is easy to apply but I didn't realize that i doesn't cover gray hair I didn't read it before I but it.

Beautiful color and does blends with your own HOWEVER it’s not “safe and gentle” as they claim. This broke my hair. The picture is from my 3rd wash and hair is still coming out when I run my fingers through it. A lot of hair came out in the 1st day of use and 2nd wash as well.

Put in hair for 25 min. Started tingling so rinsed out in shower. Amazed with the coverage from the dark brown one. I Recommend for non sensitive skin users.

Followed directions, took it off 10 minutes early since it said 20-26 min. But I decided to wash it off necause felt it stRtinh to irritate my scalp amd face since i used it on my beard.Btw- worked really good (color wise) for my beard where as my heair turned a redish brown. The product said dark brown.Anyways, it stuck to my skin but washed off over 2 days from my scalp. Looks good after 2 days. Problem is I habe what feels like random chicken pox looking postules coming out at random locations on my scalp. Not good but i think the following is the main problem.I bought 2 colors, one being for myI don't like the fact that their labels are different on the packet, mine said (Duntail) Brown hair die. I also ordered black for her. Hers says (Balabear black hair die) well the application instructions differ from brand to brand but it is the same product accoring to amazon.So the varying instructions cannot be a good thing. I do realize some people have more sensitive skin than others but i wish that they would be more self conscious as a a producr manufacterer. As others on here mentioned on their reviews for this product. Do a 48 hr test in a small portion of your head. Personally I thing that not massaging your head so much during the application of the product is key.Attempt to somewhat glide it over you scalp because whatever gets stuck amd tints your scalp may become irritated try not to go over 10 munutes and rinse well, maybe apply the next day lightly as well for additional color coverage like 5 minutes and rinse well.Otherwise, product is gteat
