Do Not Buy from this Seller!
On February 25, 2024. I purchased the "HP Newest 14" HD Light Thin Laptop Student Business, Quad-Core Intel N4120, 16GB RAM, 320GB (64GB) from this seller. Per the product description, the product has Capacity: 16GB RAM + 320GB Storage. In September when I started using the laptop more to start my small business, the system crashed. I contacted Hewlett-Packard (HP) for technical support under the manufacturer's 1 year warranty. Upon HP's diagnosis of the device of the serial number and other encoded numbers to identify their device, HP technical support notified me that the device sold to me was not 16GB, but it is actually a 4GB device. HP knows every device they sale. They also stated that increasing memory is not the capability of this laptop, and repair is not an option. This seller sold me a 4GB product, and not the 16GB that they advertised. Deceptive and disappointing. They have not responded in a manner to neither replace or refund my laptop. I purchases Asurion, however because I am still within my 12 month warranty I have been advised to contact the seller and enforce the 1 year manufacturer's warranty. But the seller, to date has yet to respond with a resolution.

Great for Student
I am a college student & that’s what I use this lap top for. I’m also a gamer, but this lap top won’t play games all that well. I gave 4 stars because the keyboard buttons are a little wonky, but not a deal breaker. It’s a good lap top for the price.

Meh, it's a laptop. Nothing to see here
I'd prefer the touch screen and fingerprint reader but this one works. Nothing great but it holds its own in the pricepoint. So all in all, it's not bad.
