Sonos Move Travel Bag

I spent time reviewing all the cases for my Sonos Move 2. This one is the best. Durable, special compartment for the charger and dock, and nice caring strap. Everything fits perfect.

I love the premium feel of this case and the insert to put the charging base or other cables. The inside is super well padded and you can put the speaker on top of the case to use as a small stand. Overall love it

I’m a little conflicted on these as I love how protective it is but for $50 its just a little too much for what it is.The top has magnetic buttons that close the case and a zippable spot for the charging base but I feel like that could have been fit towards the bottom and had a zipped portion for the speaker instead. It comes packaged very nice, the design is very simple and the strap is pretty adjustable for carrying around.Overall it’s a very good quality case made with good materials but some aspects of it could’ve been slightly better. Biggest gripe I have with it is the size. It’s MASSIVE. I feel like you could’ve gotten similar protection in a much smaller form factor but for whatever reason I guess they couldn’t figure that out. It’s honestly twice the size of the speaker itself and looks comical when you take the speaker out of it when you consider the size of the case. I take a portable speaker with me when I’m traveling but there’s no way I could take this with me even in a checked bag because it would take up half the space. This case is really only useful for a picnic if that.I wouldn’t not recommend this but at the same time I think the sleeve the Move comes in would probably do most of the heavy lifting to save it from scratches and you could probably find a much smaller box that would protect it from drops for a lot less money. You just won’t get any Sonos branding.

Took this out today and realized the metal buckle on the strap has very sharp corners. Would not recommend this anymore because of that. I almost cut myself a few times. Huge design flaw.The positive? Nice materials other than the metal buckle. Like that I can store the cord in the top compartment. Magnetic button enclosures are a great touch. Nice that it also doubles as a stand for the speaker, I also don't love that it's so roomy inside, would have preferred a tighter, snug fit for the speaker.
