Berghaus Unisex's Expedition Mule Holdall, Carbon/Black

Bought the 100l for a trip to Italy where we were advised not to have rolling luggage (Venice, cobbles and bridges). this holds a huge amount of stuff but in no real order. There are no compartments so eveything is in one big space. The straps for this are reasonably comfotable but are easy to fit the wrong way round (you can easily tell it hurts like hell). This is ok for a short hop with your luggage but you couldn't do a long walk with it since it lacks a waist strap or any back support at all. Does appear to be very strong and well made.It does fold back into a storage pocket but that's a feat of origami I can't explain.

Used during my recent trip to Everest Base Camp. Packed to the hilt, the zips held out, thrown around, strapped to the back of a Yak - nothing fazed this bag! A cheaper alternative would have broken. Handy individual packing section provided by the “stuff sack”. Netted top piece was handy for storing items. Fully recommended product.

very good holdall we made with bags of room. perfect for short hikes with heavy loads, don't think it would be as good as a good burgan for longer trips, but well worth the money

Fantastic bag. Took it to Everest Base Camp and it survived the Sherpas.Lots of space and very tuff.Only compartment is the one on the end.

Usual tough Berhaus quality, well designed. I chose it because it can also be used like a backpack making it easier to move around, but you have the choice of also carrying it using the handles. Loads of space inside.

I wish to return or replace this bag as the first time it was used last week the slip on the strap broke! I am unable to select an option to return or replace as the cut off was 31st July. This was bought in June but not used till August. How can I get this item returned or replaced ASAP please
