"Excellent product."
I had an injury at work and needed a supportive neck brace to relieve the weight of my head on my shoulders. I searched a lot here on Amazon, at Walgreens, and CVS, and it was a fiasco. The truth is that there is a lot of supply, but of poor quality. This neck brace is very well made. It's not so high as to suffocate, it's soft to the touch, comfortable, and also nice-looking. It has a little extra to adjust it if your neck is wide. It's a relief to have found this neck brace because it has relieved the pressure. Hopefully, the store will continue selling this product and people will also value it because it's worth supporting small businesses that have good quality products. Thank you so much! Recommended!

Posture Helper
This product does what it claims but the material broke down easily. With that being said, it can also be fixed easily. I overall do recommend this product because it does help with tech neck.

Works!
My neck kept popping and hurting when I’d read or use the computer. I ordered this to help support it and it helped a lot. My neck had time to get better with the pressure relief and now I only have to use it once in awhile.

Great idea,wish it fit!
I like the idea of this product. I am always looking down at my phone and my posture has suffered for it. Unfortunately it is too small for me. The chin support goes to my mid-jaw and the cross bar presses against my windpipe. This may be better for women or teenagers.

Not as helpful as expected.
Good for strengthening the muscles used for tilting your head forward. Not as good for strengthening the muscles used for not tilting your head forward. Yes you can place it upside behind your neck so that the chin pad is on the back of your skull, hold it in position with your hands, and tilt your head backwards. It just doesn’t work as well that way because 1) you don’t have a chin on the back of your neck, and 2) you can’t strap it in that position because the strap would crush your windpipe. I needed help NOT tilting my head forward so this device is best for strengthening the direction that doesn’t need strengthening and not as good for the strengthening the direction that really needed it.

Odd, but Useful Contraption
I hunch. I don't want to, and I hate it and I try not to, but I find myself doing it without even realizing it. I got this to stop hunching and help with my neck and head pain. The device itself is actually pretty comfortable with padding pretty much everywhere you could need it. I like that it pulls my shoulders back and I think that encourages proper alignment of the spine which then relieves some of the tension I have in my neck & spine. It is still new to me so I'm still getting used to it but I think it is going to help in the long run.

Great for laptop users
Works great! I use it when I get a neck cramp while working long hours on my laptop. Relieves the stress and tension while keeping my neck still. I'm a 5'7" female and about 140 lbs. The only adjustments I would like to make is that I could use maybe a 1/4" taller on the chin rest for optimal comfort. I do have to put my hair up while adjusting the back strap but I can keep it down once it's in place. The chin pad could also be a bit better of design to clean.

Wish it was adjustable
I purchased for my partner who was in a car accident and needed something to relieve a little neck pressure. She said it was comfortable, but the height of it was too low and wish she could adjust the positioning of the neck brace. Otherwise, it was durable and more comfortable than most other neck braces/posture correctors.
