I bought these to tide me over until the replacement HexClad pans arrived under warranty. I thought they would be just some cheap flimsy pans that could be used as a spare when needed. Turns out, I like these a lot. They distribute heat well, clean in the dishwasher without getting damaged, and have a hollow handle that keeps cool. The lids are high quality thick glass with a vent and a thick knob. These could easily be your mainstay pans.

I bought these for the little pot, I love the weight, evenness of cooking and I don’t burn my fingers on the handle. They were so reasonably priced I didn’t expect much, so I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve paid thousands for allclad pots that can’t say the same.

I purchased this to cook sugar syrup and they work perfectly, they are beautiful, affordable, easy to clean, non stick. Since I started using them I have 100% success cooking sugar and caramel. Highly recommended.

My only complaint/bitch is that these pans do not have lips so draining stuff can be exciting! (Stuff in the pan can quickly end up in the sink!)I bought these to stop the lid handle getting too hot to hold, while draining. The lid handle still gets hot, but when I use that lid on a pan with a lip I can drain stuff without the discomfort of burning my hand. (I use my nails to hold the pan lid in place!)These pans allow me to cook my food in the way I want. I can easily overcome any usage inconveniences!Expect these pans to last my lifetime, so I consider them money well spent.
