I was in a motorcycle accident six months ago. I have been very inactive for this period. I went to the gym recently and found the weights were to much for my one arm. (Shattered in accident required surgery) I talked to some friends and they said try resistant bands. I love this this product. I received everything I was suppose to, plus an extra surprise. I was emailed a book which I copied. It outlined stretching, pre workout, and workout. It has detail descriptions of all the excersises, plus photos. The best part of the book is it has a detailed workout for beginners. Then it has an intermediate workout. Followed by and advance workout. Today was my day three beginner workout and I could not be happier. When you look at it you think oh this looks easy, it's not. It is a workout for sure, but it's not one of those holy crap I can't move for two day workouts. If your a beginner I highly recommend this product, and their workout.

The resistance band set I purchased is of good quality. What I really like about it is that you can 'stack" the bands to increase the resistance without have to buy multiple bands for different weights. I purchased this to add convenience to my workout. On days I cannot make it to the gym due to time constraints, this set allows me to get in a quick workout in the convenience of my own home. In addition to the bands are the door anchor and the leg straps giving this a good variety for all body parts. I recommend this to anyone. Also I ordered this on a Fri night and it arrived the next day. One day sooner than I had expected. What a nice surprise!

The bands work fine till they do but they can suddenly snap and hurt you. The 20 lb band snapped from the attachment and I have bruises on my hand and legs.

I don't write many reviews, but had to comment on this product. The old saying "you get what you pay for" doesn't apply here. You get more that what you pay for. Needless to say I'm extremely pleased with this product, incredible value for the money. If I saw it in a retail store, I would expect to see a $50 price tag on it. I've worked out with it a couple of times now and it's a well built product.If in the future my opinion changes I'll update this review.

I have had these bands for a while now and use them randomly, maybe twice a week, and the red 50 lb band snapped during my latest pull session. It failed at the point where the band meets the "handle" and snapped back getting me in the chest pretty bad (see pics). I would definitely say spend the extra money and get a quality set. I'm hoping the company will do something about this.

I bought these bands (2 sets, because they're very inexpensive) for a couple of reasons but mainly because the squat rack I have doesn't offer any sort of option for a cable crossover. If it did, I'd buy the add-on and be happy with it! But it doesn't, so I bought these bands.I'm adding pictures to show how I've accomplished this. But all I did was wrap the ankle strap around the frame of the rack in a place where it could not slip and then run the resistance band through the ring of the handle. Now I have a cable crossover option.Additionally, anytime I want to adjust the location of the ankle straps I just have to pull the velcro and it comes right off. I will definitely be putting the straps down toward the base of the rack for cable crossovers going up and also for a decline bench press type of exercise where I actually bring my hands together at my waistline to target my lower pecs more effectively.These bands are AWESOME! I will absolutely be using these much more than expected. They appear to be very durable and well-made and the carabiner clips operate easily as well.I think I will also be using the traveling bag, even though I didn't expect to, because the couple of times a year I do travel I find that the hotel gyms are inadequately furnished and I believe the bands will make a big difference in the quality of my workouts.I can't say enough great things about these bands. I really am shocked at how incredible they are. Especially given the very low price. If you're considering picking these up, don't hesitate any longer and just grab them. You won't be disappointed!

Website they provide to register product for guarantee doesn't work. Yellow band broke after minor use. So much for a lifetime guarantee. Recently received a coupon in the mail from them promising a $10.00 Amazon gift card if I leave a 5 star review on Amazon. Since I can't register my product and one of the bands broke and I don't appreciate someone trying to buy/influence my review, I am leaving a 1 star review.
