Received product quickly.I used the small suction first and it was good. My skin looked more radiant after a few sessions of face massage.I would do it twice a week and it's good for blood circulation.

I guess I need more practice with these. First timer had neck and shoulder aches and pains thought i'd give myself a treat DIY style after getting help from youtube. I find it difficult for the silicone to suck onto the skin, but after several attempts it worked well.

Bought them for the wife (on her suggestion) and the product works perfectly, even better if you put (for the bigger ones) some baby oil on the part of the skin that you are going to treat, since you have only two and you need them to slide over other muscles.Please notice that those suction cups can leave marks on your skin if left for long time, so if you don't mind to have purple circle on your body like bruises, don't keep it for more than 60-90 seconds.Easy to wash after use, needs just tap water and goes back as brand new.8/10
