This is a beautiful piece or work. It is amazingly strong. It was a gift for someone dear. They loved it! ….. I want one. It operates easily and smoothly. I trust its strength. It locks well. It is light and I can afford it! Also, it was easy for me to open, which is a bonus. It was a good value. I could not have found this quality and value for this price in a store.

I purchased a couple of these and a couple of less expensive carabiners to tie down trees as I was cutting them down (directional falls). These are HeavyDuty and worked great... they actually weighed about 3X what the other carabiners weighed.

I used this product for a via ferrata kit. The strongest steel carabiners are much safer and more wear resistant running up the steel cables.These worked really great, but the gate is a little finicky. It seems like there's a small nub of metal that prevents the gate opening if you twist the lock all the way. So you have to twist it all the way but then just let it come back a little bit before it will actually open. This made it a little tricky with gloves on while climbing.But otherwise a solid, reliable and dependable piece of kit that I would trust my life to.Definitely recommend especially if you're not clipping and unclipping constantly like on a via ferrata.

I work as a utilities engineer and have used this way more than I thought I would. I've bought a few others and this one feels the most dependable, so it's usually my go to. Gonna buy a couple extra just in case.
