OMG my favorite compact tripod EVER! This thing is amazing!! It's so compact when collapses, but is perfect for sitting on a table or desk with some added height. It's very well-built but still light and easy to manage. I love Small Rig products!!

THis tripod handles my ~4 kg camera setup without problem.It is not the sturdiest but we are talking about tiny tripod which can be carried around when on the go.I liked it and keeping this for travel, while having larger 8+ lbs tripod for more heavy duty work.

I’m very happy with it now that I’ve used it more. First impressions late at night had me concerned for build quality but in the light of day I see it’s actually built very well. It’s sturdy yet light and has the height I need and a small footprint. I’m using it with a Nikon z6 as a webcam. To get my other tripod at webcam height I needed to adjust the legs almost flat which took up too much desk space. Sorry for ever doubting SmallRig. They came through again.

Gotta place one leg out front, of course, but will hold up a (moderately) long zoom. I like it for close up with with a macro.

I've been looking for a nice, lightweight table tripod that can easily fit inside my camera backpack. Folds down to less that 7" and 3 1/2" diameter. Very sturdy metal construction and extends to 20" height. Highly recommended!

This little tripod is solid good construction. Very sturdy. It is only a table top size where the legs do extend a little bit for some height. I am using it with my Seestar 30 and it works with great flexibility.

I absolutely love this tripod. Everything about it screams "made with quality materials". My only concern is the method (and material) of the extension part of the legs. Twist to unlock could present problems if you use near dust/sand as this could make the process of expanding and contracting the legs problematic, but I rarely extend them, so I'm not worried. The shorter the legs, the more stable your camera/gear is. It's very portable (compact), and my favorite use is in the kitchen to record videos of cooking or food prep. I really wish you could buy more "plates" so I can keep one on different cameras that I rarely use with other tripods. I ordered a second "ball head" with the same company, and the one on this tripod is superior; not sure why they weren't the same.
