I received the product today morning. It had the camera lense protector missing. Ordered for replacement and got it delivered the same day. Kudos to seller and amazon. Request to ensure the package is sealed at the first time please.The replacement delivered was perfect and had all items in place. The cover is awesome and the moment you put it you know your phone is secure. Gives great look, durable, protective case. Quality is good. Even though the screen guard provided is not a actual temper glass, still has great feedback and clarity. Did not have to re-register my fingerprint.. that shows the quality. I liked it very much. Cost is on higher side though.. rest all very good.

My experience with this case has been extremely disappointing. The built-in stand started loosening just one month after purchase and never fully closed properly after that. Within another couple of months, it completely broke off and detached from the case.I had purchased it seeing the promise of a 12-month warranty, but later found out that damage to the stand is not covered under warranty. Then what's the point of offering a warranty? Probably just to fool customers.The front screen protector was another major letdown — I had to remove it on day one itself because the quality was poor and it completely interfered with the fingerprint sensor.The overall size and weight of the case is also too bulky, which takes away from the elegance and premium feel of my Galaxy S24 Ultra.I still continued using it for a while just because I had paid so much for it, and didn’t feel like throwing it away. But honestly, it wasn’t worth the money at all.I would strongly advise others not to waste their money on this product.

I am writing this review after using the same case since I bought my phone in January.. Now the case seems more yellowish than in the beginning.. it's the case with any transparent cover you buy no matter whatever the brand mentions about their case not turning yellow.. quality Wise it's good, grip is good, fit is nice.. but appearance is not so pleasing after few months..

The fingerprint sensor appears to be incompatible with the glass, rendering it ineffective. Consequently, it may be more advantageous to forego the inclusion of the glass protector.Furthermore, it has come to my attention that ESR's packaging standards have significantly declined in recent times. Instances have been observed where the seals of the packaging are already broken, despite the product appearing to be new. This raises concerns regarding the possibility that we are receiving products that have been previously returned by other customers.

Doesn't make too bulky, it's perfect. Gives 100% safety. Don't use the transparent film, but juts use as case. It looks great. And grip is too good to hold and slim too compare to other bulky cases. Go for it, if you are looking for safety and look for your phone

I purchased the S24 Ultra Transparent case with high hopes, enticed by its promise of being yellowing resistant. However, within just one month of use, the case started to yellow, completely contradicting its advertised feature.Despite following the instructions and taking care of the case, it failed to live up to its primary selling point. The yellowing not only detracts from the aesthetics of the phone but also raises doubts about the quality and durability of the product.Considering the price and the misleading claim, I strongly advise against purchasing the S24 Ultra Transparent case for your S24 Ultra. It's a disappointment and not worth the investment.
