I read lots of good reviews about these and I read some not so good reviews. So far, all the good reviews seem to be what I am also experiencing. The things that I have seen in the bad reviews are not present for me.The lenses are extremely clear and easy to see through. I got the 1.75 magnification and it's exactly what I expect it to be.The glasses are comfortable and flexible and neither feel like they will fall off my face nor squeeze too tightly. The spring hinges are flexible enough to be effective for comfort yet strong enough to hold the glasses on top of my head when I need them to be close by but not on my eyes at the moment.I ordered the version of these glasses that has the clear background with the color sprinkled throughout rather than the black background behind the color. I think it looks very nice.The fact that five pairs come in one package, including a sturdy protective case for each pair, at the price that I bought them for and the quality they seem to have, makes this a great value to me.The plastic is flexible and seems resistant to breakage but still strong and sturdy; not flopping around.I love the variety of colors as well.Because five come in a package I have one where I normally sit and read, one in the kitchen for reading labels on food packages, one by my bedside, one in my purse and an extra one just in case.I've only had them for one day at this point but so far I'm very pleased!

These attractive light weight glasses are a pleasure to use and wear. The colors of the frames are pretty and flattering. However, they might not be too durable because the frames are quite thin. I like them so much I plan on being very careful and treat them gently.

I purchased these glasses in strength 3.5 because my opthalmologist suggested I buy "Readers” (no specific brand) of this strength instead of new prescription of Varilux trifocals, since I was having trouble reading, but my distance and mid range vision had not changed from my current prescription. After looking at all of the 3.5 strength glasses on Amazon, I decided on these because of the low price and number of glasses for the price. They arrived the very next day and were packaged nicely and securely. Soft sided cases were even provided. I gave my husband one pair, put one pair in my office, one pair near my chair in the den, one pair in my purse, and two in my desk as spares. They fit both of us due to the spring hinge and the strengrh. They don't slip off the face, and are so light weight that I forget I have them on. Reading is again a pleasure. By the way, this is the second time I've purchased these glasses; my other six are strength 2.00, and they are still as good as new, which shows how durable they are. I do not use them for the computer, as they are too strong for that distance - for me. I bought them for close up and that is how I use them.

I was in rehab for 11 mos. after a major head on collision w a guy who thought driving in my lane was ok. I therefore was more than a year overdue for my annual eye check. As a cataract surgery recipient, this is pretty important. I started to notice I couldn't read smaller print, especially on my phone - my only device in rehab for more than 11 mos. Had eye exam and was given pair of glasses 25 pts stronger as I recall. They pinched my head and I normally wear progressives but didn't want eyestrain, so looked on Amazon. The come in many colors and I was wearing many bright colors to cheer myself up, so chose these because of price and colors. Just got out of rehab, but haven't made eye appt as I still use walker and/or wheel chair to get around, so not read of hassle of dr office right now since this works well in short run and glasses are fun and I got many compliments and where did you get those??

First of all, shipping and receiving time was very quick. These glasses are great. The frames are good and they work well when I use my computer. For general reading, off computer they are wonderful. I actually think that they are better than the more expensive reading glasses I previously bought online. And you really do get five pairs and that is an amazing bargain.

My sister needed new reading glasses and she picked these out for me to get her for a gift. They were slightly different than what was pictured but they looked really nice on her. She was wearing glasses that were very well worn before and had to get used to the new ones, It only took a little while for her to adjust to the new glasses, They came in several different colors and patterns so she could switch them out to match her mood and her outfit.
