I like these sets. They're bold n beautiful. Back in the day, we called this junk jewelry. It was $1 store stuff, but paired properly, one could pull off a look without looking cheap.Well, this ain't $1 anymore, but it's still got the same defects I remember fishing through 30 years ago at the store. Luckily, this defect is on the back, but it's still unsightly. I mean, I know it's there. Worth returning? It's up to you. I didn't bother...this time.This review isn't to tell you to avoid this item, but instead to plan ahead. Do NOT purchase this as a last-minute accessory with the intention of wearing it the same day or day after delivery. Defects like this will ruin your plans. Don't buy it as a last-minute gift, either. On that note, inspect it before you gift it!If you got time to spare, purchase well in advance. That'll give you time to return it and move on to plan b if QA took a day off.I've two of these sets. I honestly plan two buy at least two more. The choker is gonna break eventually. It's pretty, but I'd recommend light use--like once a month. Don't sweat on it. Don't even breathe on it. Don't wear it with a sweater that'll catch it. The sweater will win.I know I'm giving all these cons, but I still like it. The colors are gorgeous. They're vibrant and are true to the seller images...so far. I have the deep red (blood red) and the teal. They feel light and chintzy, but they appear to have weight and body, at least.They work as intended. They make a statement. The statement being: Hey, I enjoy whimsy, so don't take me too seriously, bc I don't. Also, I may not have a lot, but I'm putting in the effort, at least, with spirit and gusto!I got two compliments on it so far, but I do put in the effort. Don't just slap this on. Make a conscious effort to design your entire 'fit, and it'll do right by you.Good luck.PS: The earrings easily convert to clip if you have gold converters and two pairs of needlenose pliers. That'll run you an additional $20. Worth it if you wear clips. You'll even get two spare jump rings out of the deal. Each earring has two jump rings, but you have to remove one in order for the piece to hang right with the converter. It took me less than five minutes to switch out the hooks for clips. You could *add* a jump ring, but I think that'd make the earrings too long with the bulky necklace. Shorter is definitely the better choice.To the seller: If I get a second defective set, I will return it. Do better on QA. This is unacceptable.

The color and overall quality was worth the money, but it arrived broken. The pendant wasn’t attached to the necklace. I didn’t have time to return and reorder so I fixed it with some jewelry thread that I already had. Once fixed, it looked perfect with my dress.

"BUYER'S BEWARE" This product is very deceiving because, it looks beautiful on the outside but on the inside the beads are being held up by a cheap string that can be use to sew a shirt or button to your shirt. That's how thin and fragile the string is. I bought this necklace 6mnths ago to wear with an outfit I bought from Amazon in a rush to attend an event and got to wearing it only two times before discovering that the beads started to pop off . When I started searching where it was coming from, I noticed the flimsy string that was holding this necklace together. So, needless to say this was bound to happen. if you buy this product and plan on wearing it more than twice forget about it . It's basically a disposable necklace based on how it is made. ( I know you get what you paid for, but at least it could of been made to last alittle longer, the seller could of got the right strings to make this better because it doesn't cost anymore than the beads being used......) I don't even want to give it any rating because the necklace is useless to me. It can't be worn unless I take it apart and restring it correctly. I could of made my own necklace then. (So because I can't submit my review w/o choosing a rate I'm putting 1star since I'm not giving a chose here!
