Its cheap.
The hood is incredible. Ive had the 30" and now the 36" would buy again. The stove is finicky. Ignitors will engage on medium sometimes and if you turn the convection fan on for temps over 450 degrees the blades hit the grill and make a horrible noise. But the commercial quality power and price point makes these easily fixable quirks forgiveable
