HP Elitebook X360 1040 G6, 14", i7-8665U, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Touchscreen, Windows 11 Pro (Renewed)

I bought this product to get my wife excited about going back to school. I couldn't afford a new one, so after much back and forth, I settled on this one and decided to go for it. My main concerns were battery life and condition. So I chose "excellent" which was refurbished (I think) and waited for its arrival. It arrived within a reasonable timeframe, and I took it out to test. To my surprise it didn't work, but luckily they had a phone number on the package. I called it and left a message and the supplier called me back within 15-20 minutes. I told them that I wasn't able to charge nor work the computer and they immediately offered to either refund my money or send a replacement. I felt they were sincere and asked them to send me a replacement which arrived within three days. They sent a great unit. Battery life is as expected (60-70%) which works for a couple of hours depending on your usage. The body has no scratches and the screen is flawless.Well worth it for half the price. If you want to buy an interim model before upgrading to something on the higher end of computing, or if you need something for the next year or two, I suggest trying these refurbished models. Then when you are ready, you can buy a brand new high end computer. If I had known about these a year ago, I wouldn't have brought the model I brought and instead waited a bit to afford the newer chips and higher memory models available now.Well worth it!

I bought this laptop because I have experience with the model. I know they run fast, there is plenty of RAM for my purposes, expandable memory if necessary, etc. Mine came with no flaws, though I expected small ones from a refurb. I was very pleasantly surprised at how great the condition is. Set up was a breeze. I've had it about a month now with no issues! The screen is clear and I'm a Sims 4 player - there's no lag, the game boots up quickly. Internet is lightning fast on wifi. I have mine plugged into a dock so the battery life isn't something I'm concerned with and I can't speak to it. I do recommend this laptop though!!

Bought as a gift for a family member. I loved the price, and that the listing was labeled as a refurbished item in excellent condition. When it arrived I wrapped it up as a gift for my family. They opened it up and it was a clean looking laptop with no scratches. Beautiful! They were so happy. They charged the laptop to 100% but once they unplugged it that didn't last long. In a few hours from unplugging it, dropped down to 18% and they didn't even use the laptop. They were disappointed and so was I.Then I chatted with 10+ different Amazon customer service agents and options were discussed and agreed upon but not fulfilled. Finally after a few days of chatting with agents I was able to get an option that is less stressful for my family members and I. It was a long ordeal just getting this settled, but Amazon settled it.Now I have to work at finding my family member another laptop.

Hasta el momento funciona bien, no me gusto que decía que traería: Stylus, Headphones, USB-C to USB adapter. No lo trajo y en la parte de abajo se ve muy rallada.

I wanted to use this laptop before giving a review but I highly recommend this if you just need a laptop for your day to day life. The battery life is ok and everything works well and it looks brand new. I haven’t any problems with Amazon appliances so I still recommend

Don't know about you but the price of every thing is just to much these days, instead of paying full price i'll try a REFURBISHED model every time. They are all the quality and performance at a fraction of the retail price, the same said with my new 14" Hp 360 G6 Laptop, it looks and works like new out of the box. To be safe i bought the 2 year warranty option for it and it came with a no questions asked 90 day return or replacement warranty too. It came with Windows 11pro and set up like a new computer. At only a 14 inch screen i find it to be a perfect size to have it sitting on my lap (it's an actual laptop😉) It's very fast and boots up in second instead of taking 15 to 30 minutes like computers with a standard hard drives.I would buy again in a second if I needed another. This one is gonna last me for some time to come, the extended warranty guarantees it!

Quality condition. Only had small scuffed area on one corner of the bottom. Charging cord had not been cleaned but no problem with operation. Otherwise, looked like new. Great savings compared to buying new one. It would have been nice to have basic startup instructions included but I easily found an online manual. This is my first refurbished computer and I am very satisfied.
