Very good for the price
Compared to most websites that sell at $120 and above, this lightsaber filled about everything I wanted as someone who isn’t interested in buying more than one saber, and at $80. (Had a coupon available at the time) the hilt is good quality and the saber feels nice, it has many options for saber idle sounds, just don’t expect the same level of sound effects as more expensive ones. All around great saber. Only thing that’s hard is learning the instructions with one button. Very clunky.

Pretty cool! Has a nice heft to it!
The media could not be loaded. This lightsaber is pretty AWESOME! Definitely ready for your favorite “-con”! It has an array of colors and sayings and the sound is quite good! It has a very nice weight to it which makes it seem like movie quality. It was easy to assemble and only had a few parts to deal with. It tells you when it’s charging and when it’s finished charging (although it does repeat itself over and over when finished so be sure to charge it when you are able to take it off of charge when completed or you may be annoyed)The only negatives I had are below:-The box it comes in is not long enough for it to be stored when put together-The instructions are not helpful when it comes to assembly (although assembly was not difficult)-It is tricky to the hang of operating when you first use it because it only has 1 button that does several things. (I’m still learning as you can see from my video)- The sale page should include a light sensitivity warning as it may cause some people with certain medical conditions seizures from the flickering lights.All-in-all a great piece to add to your Star Wars collection!

Missing parts
Did not receive user manual. Allen wrench or charging cable! The box was already open inside the packing box.

Fun and good addition to the collection.
The media could not be loaded. I normally will turn away from sabers that don't have any quality to it.The hilt is made of metal and as far as I can tell this won't come apart when using it. Using it during cosplay for now seems to be holding up. Of course I am not hitting the blade extremely hard. Speaking of the blade, it is hollow and the light projects from the hilt. The blade walls are pretty thick and if it is hit hard the Chance of it breaking is slim. Make it so the cost for replacement would not be that much for me if it can be bought. It is a durable sword. Not much options for the sound effects amd light effects.Adding it to my other ones matches the looks.I am happy with this sword and I think you would too.Good Luck and may the sword be with you.

Lots of features
Before we get into the actual review, let me make one thing perfectly clear: Despite the title of the item, this is NOT a real lightsaber. It is real in the sense that you can hold it in your hand, but there are no REAL lightsabers, at least not the kind that you can use to destroy your enemy or cut through metal with a swipe of your hand. On the plus side, this is not your run-of-the-mill lightsaber. No sir! This one has a bunch of features, including sound effects and the ability to change the color of the lights. It does some neat flashing effects, too. To start, you have to charge it, which is a lot better than having to change the batteries all the time, so kudos for that one. The charging cord is included, but you might need one of those wall plug adaptors if you don't have a USB port. Again, not a big deal. There are instructions included on how to change the sound and lights, in fact, on everything EXCEPT how to put it together. You get a little bag with some ambiguous little screws and a tiny Allen wrench. Soooo....what now? Well, I figured it out eventually, but it wasn't all that clear. And once it's together, the fun starts. The cats were duly impressed, I'm telling you. So was my daughter and, I think, the hubby. Now, we have only one of these so no one could be duelly impressed. (see what I did there?) I really liked this one. The hilt is heavy in my hand, the button easy to reach. It charged pretty quickly, so we didn't have to wait too long to put it together. Not going to lie here, the sound effects could have used a bit of work. They don't give you the same professional, creative vibe that the rest of it does. But this one is a lot of fun and, though I banged it on my quartz counter top a few times, it seemed to hold up well. One final note: Make sure to put those set screws into the holes on the side to keep the light part of the saber in place. If you don't, that sucker will fly across the room and destroy several small children in its path.

Well-Made and Great Features
The media could not be loaded. This is a really solid, well-made lightsaber. The base is metal and feels really good in the hands. It does come with the grippy tape if you want to wrap the handle, but currently, I'm just using it with the bare metal. There's a bunch of features, but you do need to glance at the instructions since everything is controlled by the one single button on the handle - Lots of long-pressing and pressing once for this or twice for that, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature. The lighting colors are customizable as are the sounds. Overall, this is a really cool addition for any collector or even YouTubers who might want to use it as a practical light in the background. The light quality is actually really good and I've even used it for some product photography. (it's basically a large light wand and actually works great for that purpose.) I'm really happy with this and would definitely recommend.

cool toy for cosplaying,
definitely better than the junk you get at walmart, but also not top tier like some of the sabers available for real enthusiasts. battery life is good, light effects and sounds are good. was definitely fun to have a dual with my son who also has one, you get clash sounds when the beam hits objects which is cool. light could be brighter would be my only complaint
