Cowhide Satchel Shoulder Daily Handbag

I had been looking for something similar to the Alexa Mulberry for ages, and this one does not disappoint - I got it in brown, which is true to the color depicted in the images. The leather feels very substantial, and I feel as if it will last me a lifetime. There are 3 pockets inside, two open ones near the front - will fit chapstick, cell phone, eyeliner easily . The one along the back is deeper, wider, and has a zipper - this one will definitely fit a phone or a small wallet. Overall, the bag is much smaller than I imagined, but it's the perfect satchel size for me, since I am petite. The size is similar to that of a magazine (perhaps a little bigger), but it's just what I wanted. Seller was so very courteous and prompt with communication. Yes, it is a little bit pricey - however you get what you pay for, which is a quality piece in your handbag rotation!Update: It is now 3 years later, and I am pleased to report that this bag has held up really well - with the exception of some light rub/wear on the piping/edges, which is to be expected. I use it on a daily basis and it fits all my essentials, plus a little extra, such as a cardigan on chilly nights.

The bag arrived nicely packed in a dust bag. I have only been using the bag for 2 days and I’m already loving it! I have wanted to get a mulberry alexa bag and this is a very nice alternative for that. It smells like real leather and the quality is not bad. Hopefully it’ll last me awhile as this is the most I’ve spent on a handbag so far.

Too flimsy

Very disappointed in this bag. It looked larger online than it really is. The zipper was broken the first time I used it, which really annoyed me because for that price I could have gotten a brand name bag, but chose to get this instead. I didn't return it because I ordered it while I was away, and it was already pass the return time by the time I got home. Other wise I would surely send it right back. The leather is beautiful and quite soft but that zipper really ruined it.

It's a great bag. The leather, like many others have said, is very buttery and high quality. It keeps its shape well. The hardware is nice and sturdy. The color is spot on to the displayed pictures (at least for brown). The only small complaint I have about the bag is that some strings have frayed (as you will see in my pics). I have also included comparison pics of the bag to a water bottle, so you can get a feel for how big it is. Sometimes the bag feels heavy on my shoulder... but that might be because I'm so used to small crossbodies.

Looks exactly as pictured: color and texture. Size is also what I imagined according to description. As expected it took a long time to be delivered. Leather quality is not great but I've seen worse. It's a bit stiff but still flexible and the frame of the bag is quite hard and boxy. The inside is nothing to brag about either.

I just got my purse and love it at first sight. This purse in inspired by the Mulberry-Alexa design. It is just a medium/small size for everyday use and make you look very casual uptown ;). the leather quality is superb... soft, but still keep it stand when put it down. Very pretty leather. I bought the brown, and it is just like the color shown here (tan/brown)...Not chocolate brown if you think it is. I love love love this purse. I am considering getting the black too... :)

I liked the bag it was ust smaller that what I thought it would be. Other than that it was a nice bag.
